Property gift register

Schools are encouraged to maintain a ‘gift register’ to record gifts provided to employees throughout the FBT year. The advantage of using a gift register is employees are not required to complete a Property Fringe Benefit Declaration Form. Instead, Administration Officers are responsible for maintaining and submitting the register to FS-Tax at the end of the FBT year.
