Quality Assurance and Feedback Process
Following the initial induction training, a process of
continuous development will be in place for the incumbent to
ensure the provision of a high level of service. In addition to
emerging financial processes and procedures, ongoing training
will be provided in the areas of human resource management,
facilities and information management, marketing and promotion,
costing, financial analysis, budgeting and re-forecasting,
quarterly reporting, internal management reporting
incorporating developing and implementing methodologies for
measuring KPI's, business planning and overall resource
management. Also, through the Professional Development Review
(PDR) process, feedback from placement Schools and Faculty
Offices will be sought to enable more appropriate and targeted
training.
Within Financial Services the Project School Manager
position reports to the Manager, System Development/Client
Services whom should be contacted if you wish to provide any
feedback or to discuss related matters. The appropriate
reporting line whilst the incumbent is "on hire" should be
clearly established up front within your Business Unit.
