Description

Forward planning to identify requirements

  • Include in annual timetable "Project School Manager" service when reviewing leave and project resource plans for the ensuing year

Requesting a booking

  • Bookings are to be made using the "Project School Manager - Request for Service" form and then "submitted" to Client Services (fshelp email box), Financial Services

Application submitted

  • Client Services will advise verbally
  • If successful, Client Services will also send out "Booking Agreement" form for acceptance/sign off

Feedback process

  • Feedback can be provided direct to the Manager, Client Services

Charging process for days worked

  • Check e-mail confirmation sent from the Project School Manager of days worked and sick leave each week
  • Financial Services will initiate eT Form based on days worked
