All Purchase Orders generated by UWA have a set of rules (or terms and conditions) that apply to them.

These terms and conditions have been established to minimise the exposure to risk for the University.

Terms and Conditions for UWA Purchase Orders for Goods
Goods means the goods, materials, supplies, equipment or other items identified in the Purchase Order.
Terms and Conditions for UWA Purchase Orders for Services
Associated Services means the services (if any) identified in the Purchase Order and which are to be performed by the Supplier.
General Conditions of Supply Agreement
Agreement means the Commercial Terms, these General Conditions of Supply Agreement, the Purchase Order and any other document which is attached to, or incorporated by reference in, the Purchase Order, the Commercial Terms or in these General Conditions of Supply Agreement.
