New Travel Service Provider Panel - Oct 2015

We are pleased to announce that following the recent Travel Management Strategic Review and a tender process, a new panel of three Travel Service Providers (TSPs) has been appointed comprising:

  • Campus Travel (incumbent provider)
  • Tertiary Travel (incumbent provider)
  • STA Travel (new provider) - UWA Guild Village Only

The appointments take effect on 1 October 2015.

No additional Trobexis training will be required for travellers, approvers or arrangers to accommodate the new panel of three providers. STA Travel have been configured within Trobexis to accept requisitions in the same manner as the incumbent providers. Travel Service Providers bulk invoicing

Please note as part of the new service level agreements with the Travel Service Providers reductions in fees have been negotiated, as well as a switch from percentage management fees to flat rate transaction fees on all international travel bookings. The existing bulk invoice process remains in place. More information on the Travel Service Providers, including a management fee summary, is available via the Procurement Web Pages, under Preferred Suppliers.
