PeopleSoft

The University of Western Australia uses PeopleSoft Financials as its Financial Management software.

The supported modules are listed below.

• Accounts Payable (Creditors)
• Asset Management
• Billing & Accounts Receivable (Debtors)
• General Ledger
• Purchasing

PeopleSoft Financials is interfaced with the following systems within the University:

• Advisor (Budgeting tool)
• Alesco (HR Employee Data system)
• Callista (Student Information Management system)
• Maximo (Service Management system)
• OneStop (Cashier system)
• Research Master (Research Management system)

PeopleSoft usernames are created to match those in Pheme, however PeopleSoft's security does not make use of Pheme for authentication.
