eTForm

The Electronic TForm has been developed to allow interunit transactions with appropriate authorities.  Access will be granted on receipt of a PeopleSoft Access/Amendment form (select eTForm access).

It has been written to work with Internet Explorer 6 (ITS web design standard) with Javascript turned on. If you are not able to use IE6, you can make use of the eTForm published application on the ACS Citrix farm.

Financial Services cannot support the use of other browsers with eTForm.
