This information is provided in the event that printer autocreation does not occur. Printer setup can be arranged with ITS or Financial Services
(pshelp@admin.uwa.edu.au).
A helpdesk log will be created with the details of the
printer (Make/Model and IP of the printer, and any other
details).
If the printer is not networked and the ITS network cannot
talk to it, this needs to be arranged first by the faculty/school/area.
A printer queue will be created on the Citrix server farm. The name of this queue will be provided to you and it can be used to print from Adobe Reader. These details will be included in the
helpdesk log as well. Note: Depending on the difficulties experienced when the
printer is arranged, we may ask that you configure your Citrix
client to select NOT to map your printers if you are using a
Mac. The PC client does not have this option.
FinServ Systems Support should refer to the Citrix Printer Setup guidelines when setting up
a printer
