Running Advisor

Citrix users should start from the beginning.

Locally installed users should run the Advisor shortcut and go from step 4.

1. The Citrix Program Neighborhood should have an ICA Icon called Advisor Production

(This is the ICA icon for PC. The Mac will have the same name, but the icon will be different.)

2. Double click on this to open
3. You will then be prompted for your Pheme user name and password as per the following screen

4. Hit the <Enable Macros> button from the screen below

5. You will be presented with the window below. Enter your Advisor user name & password

6. Click OK

Note: Your Advisor username will match your Pheme ID.  When you first login, you need to change the password you've been given by selecting the Change User Information option from the Advisor menu below.
